David Cruz
David Cruz is an Interpreter and Translator, born in Mexico City, currently residing in Stockton, CA. He received a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Linguistics and Politics from University of California, Santa Cruz. David has been interested in helping the migrant community and became active in college interning for an Interfaith Center for Law and Public Policy and becoming a fellow at an Immigration Advocacy Organization. His main drive is to bridge the language gap between English and Spanish speakers to bring access to information, opportunities and a voice to the underrepresented communities. He plans on furthering his academic endeavors by obtaining a Master’s in Linguistics and a Juris Doctor Degree to become an immigration lawyer. His biggest dream is to step onto the international podium and fight for the rights and liberties of all around the world.
